We stayed here because we were stuck in Dallas due to airport weather delays . The airline gave us vouchers for this hotel. There were many people trying to check in and it was late evening. Even though the lobby was full of unhappy travelers, the staff stayed pleasant and helpful. Checking in was very smooth. We were given a very nice room. The hotel was clean and the room was quiet. Free breakfast in the morning was very good and hot. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at several Comfort Suites and always were pleased. This place was terrible. Old facility that needs much update. Inept desk staff. Dark, cramped room. A/C problems. Thin walls. Listened to someone's loud music until after 1am. We checked out after one uncomfortable night.

Our room was clean and nice, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was adequate. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - both were clean. We appreciated the ample free parking. Location was perfect for our needs.

The area was packed. The hotel was in the Addison area which I like. It was graduation weekend and very noisy. I was able to get a nice room and a nice place to sleep. I did not like the $100 deposit charge, but that is how they run their business. The check-in process was not smooth.

Probably the most I’ve ever paid for a gross hotel

I stayed 2 nights here and spent 170 in total for a ghetto and gross hotel room. The room was dirty and disguising and honestly the pictures don’t do Justice and there was even more than what I took pictures of. There were holes in the walls, dirt and blood and other substances on the walls, the wallpaper was literally falling off around the sink, the bathtub was dirty, pee on the side of the toilet, our door was broken, our bedding was stained (praying they were even clean), they only had one elevator, the parking situation was terrible and they only had one luggage carrier and of course it was broken too. The only two good things about the place was that it’s sheets were soft and the staff was night.
